BEP & Standards
We agree the execution plan up front: scope, LOD, naming, origins, the CDE and who owns what.

Model Authoring
Discipline models are built against the agreed standard, with template and family control from day one.

Federation & Clash
Models are federated on a fixed cycle. Clashes are triaged by severity and pushed back to the author with a deadline.

Validation
Model health, data completeness and drawing consistency are checked against the EIR before any issue.

Handover
As-built models, structured asset data and the CDE archive are handed over in a form operations can actually use.
